Cleaning Staff - Moravec Charity Home Moravec Charity Home is a seniors residence offering comfortable living for 82 clients and a pleasant work environment for staff. We provide multidisciplinary and individualized care to our clients. We are currently looking for a cleaning staff member to join our team. What will your responsibilities be? • Cleaning work at Moravec Charity Home in your assigned area • Regular cleaning of common areas and client rooms • General cleaning 2x per year • Following the disinfection plan • Work according to established schedule • Special cleaning tasks (e.g., after room repainting) Where? • Moravec Charity Home, Moravec 53, 592 54 When? • August 2026, or by arrangement What do we offer? • Employment contract for 1.0 full-time position • Work hours: 5 days per week on morning 8-hour shifts (scheduled according to service plan including weekends) • Independent and responsible work • Training, guidance, and continuous support • Employee benefits (meal voucher card, possibility to order meals at the home, one extra week of vacation (5 weeks total), additional one-time financial and non-financial benefits) • Support from a stable organization that values its employees We are looking for a colleague who • Has an empathetic and respectful approach to seniors • Is independent but also a good team player • Is willing to learn new things • Has a clean criminal record If our offer interests you, please send your resume to Eva Douckova, Director of Moravec Charity Home, no later than August 15, 2026 at [email protected].
