Payroll Accountant We are looking for a careful and reliable colleague for the position of Payroll Accountant to join our stable team at ORS Czech, s.r.o. We specialize in external accounting and payroll processing for a wide portfolio of clients. If you enjoy working with numbers, you are knowledgeable in labor and payroll legislation, and you care about quality work, we would like to meet you.
What will be your job responsibilities
Complete payroll processing for multiple clients.
Preparation of labor law documents (employment contracts, amendments, agreements, and other documentation).
Processing of statutory outputs related to payroll agenda, including the Single Monthly Employer Report (JMHZ).
Annual settlement of employee income tax.
Recording of employment relationships, hires, changes, and terminations of employment.
Processing of ELDP and other statutory records.
Handling of sickness insurance, executions, and other wage deductions.
Payroll processing for employees - Czech citizens and foreigners.
Communication with clients and relevant institutions.
Monitoring of legislative changes in the payroll area and their application in practice.
Responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
What we expect from you
Minimum secondary education with a school-leaving certificate.
Experience in payroll accounting of at least 1 year.
Good knowledge of labor law, payroll, and tax legislation.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Experience with at least one of the payroll or accounting software programs (e.g., ABRA Flexi, PAMICA, POHODA, Money S4, MRP).
Independence, attention to detail, reliability, and a responsible approach.
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
