Junior Accountant, Assistant Accountant

For a small family accounting firm ORS Czech, s.r.o., we are looking for a reliable and careful colleague for an administrative support position to the company management. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of communicating with people, can organize their work well, and is capable of managing the day-to-day office operations. Work location: Lovosice Work scope: 6-8 hours per day Salary: from 26,000 Kč per month on a full-time basis Start date: immediately or by agreement Job Responsibilities performing accounting operations ensuring invoicing and checking completeness of accounting documents handling tax agenda including control reports ensuring inventory of assets and liabilities processing reports for statistical purposes preparation of documents for clients communication with authorities and clients meeting deadlines What We Require independence, attentiveness, reliability, and responsibility for assigned agenda minimum completed secondary education minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position MS Office knowledge at user level knowledge of accounting regulations and orientation in tax regulations experience with Money S4, Money S3, MRP K/S, or Pohoda is an advantage English is an advantage What We Offer flexible working hours with the possibility of working from home possibility to choose the type of contract (DPP, DPČ, PP) and hours per day (4, 6, or 8 hours) friendly and cooperative team collegial support not only during onboarding possibility of online training in the field opportunity to learn new skills Employee Benefits: 25 days of vacation
