As a store manager, you lead and distribute work through dialogue, presence and involvement, and create the conditions for impressive customer interactions every day together with your team members. You are an active part of daily operations—meeting customers, working the register, managing inventory and stocking our shelves. As a store manager you are responsible for: Leading the team, workforce planning, recruitment and work distribution in the store, and following up on operations based on set goals. Creating conditions for your team members and yourself to deliver impressive customer interactions. Ensuring responsible sales in line with Systembolaget's mission. Driving systematic workplace safety efforts for a safe and inspiring work environment. Together with your team members, you are Systembolaget's face to the outside world. Strong team spirit, high pace and pleasant interactions characterize work with us. We learn from each other and through development we create results together. It's in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget. We're looking for you who: Have management and leadership experience and the ability to create good atmosphere and community. Have experience from retail operations or service activities. Lead with a goal focus, with experience and knowledge of working with development, financial tracking, goal and results tracking. Delegate with trust and responsibility, are clear in your communication and have a coaching approach. Dare to make and stand by difficult decisions. Are customer-focused with good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer interaction. Act stably, flexibly, with curiosity and interest in digital tools. Are at least 20 years old and have completed upper secondary or vocational education. One of your driving forces is to develop your team members and highlight their strengths and potential, and you take clear responsibility for your own performance and development.
