JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a physiotherapist within health and medical care, you are an important link in the chain of proactive and preventive work to prevent and delay illness for the individual. You are also one of the resources that, after a change in the individual's health status, creates conditions for them to manage their situation in their home environment.
The work consists of varying tasks and patient groups, and interventions are based on the individual's abilities and resources to promote health and independence. The work is independent, and in dialogue with your colleagues, you plan and structure your workday.
An important part of our work is collaboration with other professions, and we aim to create a strong team feeling with the patient at the center.
Main job responsibilities:
• Individually or as a team, assess the patient's physical function and rehabilitation needs
• Design exercise programs to train function and ability in a given situation
• Assess needs, try out, and prescribe assistive devices
• Perform and evaluate treatments
• Instruct and guide relatives, home care, and nursing staff on how they can support training
Work with us is varied and alternating since no two days are the same, and your workplace for the day depends on the patient's home. The work involves great freedom to independently plan and organize your work. With us, you receive an individually adapted introduction.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. You have a good ability to independently prioritize, plan, and structure your work. You are flexible and easily adapt to changed conditions. With us, good cooperation skills and a commitment to teamwork are valued. Of course, you also share our values, which includes providing care based on the individual's quality of life, care needs, care, and rehabilitation. You are quality-conscious and meticulous. We place great importance on personal suitability.
A manual transmission driver's license is a requirement.
