CONSTRUCTION SITE ASSISTANT

Job responsibilities: Support the construction site manager in coordinating and managing work on the construction site Administrative support: maintaining site diary, recording attendance and monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations and fire protection, taking photographic documentation Documentation work: checking compliance with project documentation and preparing materials for site handover Communication with subcontractors and overseeing the quality of work performed Material provision: checking deliveries and ensuring timely ordering Team collaboration: close cooperation with the construction site manager and other technical staff Work location: Construction sites throughout the Czech Republic Start date: Immediately/by agreement We require: Secondary/Higher education in construction field Technical thinking: understanding of construction documentation and drawings PC skills: (MS Office, especially Excel) Category B driving license - active driver: willingness to travel to assigned projects Qualities: responsibility, diligence, reliability and willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues Communicativeness: ability to work with people on site and in the office The position is also suitable for secondary/higher education graduates whom we will gladly train for the field We offer: Support of a strong, fair and stable family company Training for the position from experienced colleagues (mentoring for future career growth as construction site manager) Development of technical skills and knowledge Employee benefits program (financial bonuses, meal allowance, health care program, etc.) Opportunity to work on diverse projects throughout the Czech Republic Working hours Monday to Thursday Employment on full-time basis, or possibility of cooperation also in the form of casual work (casual work agreement/work activity agreement) Contact: Send your CV to [email protected] or call +420 724 400 408.
