Agricultural Worker and Farm Mechanizer (Tractor Operator)
We are seeking an agricultural worker and tractor operator for our farm of approximately 250 hectares. We require extensive experience operating tractors 100 - 140 hp, professional operation of harvesting machinery and attachments as well as soil processing equipment, minor repairs on the farm, fence maintenance including operation of chainsaws and brush cutters. Operation of container hooks systems, driving bale trailers, working with various attachments on front-end loaders. Transport of water and feed to pastures for livestock. Distribution of hay and straw bales on the farm. Routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, oil checks, etc.) of tractors and machinery. Required languages: Czech (or English or German). Smoking is not permitted during work hours or generally in the farmyard/storage areas. We are looking for someone who has no issues with drugs or alcohol. A valid driver's license is required. The following driver's license categories are required: at least B + T (ideally also C and/or E).
Agricultural Worker/Horse Caretaker
We are looking for an experienced horse caretaker/stable hand on a full-time basis. We expect extensive experience with horses, reliability, calm and friendly demeanor. The person must be reliable, punctual in their work, and willing to perform physical labor. Required languages: Czech (or English or German). Ukrainians are welcome.
