Food and Beverage Quality Control Inspectors and Laboratory Technicians M/F

Zámecké vinařství Bzenec s.r.o. is looking for a new colleague for the position of LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (M/F) to join our Accredited Wine Laboratory team. What will your responsibilities be? • Preparation, processing, and analysis of samples of grapes, musts, and wine at each stage of production, taking into account the seasonality of the product – accredited and non-accredited methods; • Analytical/chemical and microbiological testing; • Measurements using standard modern laboratory equipment; • Processing of results; • Sample handling; • Document archiving; • Work in the HACCP/IFS system – documentation processing; • Multi-shift operations (seasonal grape processing) What knowledge and skills should you have? • Completed secondary/university education in chemistry, food science, or wine-making, with experience in the field/laboratory/accredited laboratory being an advantage but not a requirement; also suitable for graduates; • Time flexibility, attention to detail, independence, responsibility; • Willingness to learn new things; • Initiative and enthusiasm for work and a sense of teamwork What can we offer you? • Stable background of a successful winery; • Work in a young and friendly team; • Professional training - we'll show you everything, you won't be alone in this; • Opportunity for further education; • Employee discount; • Meal allowance; • Pension insurance contribution;
