Contribute analyses that strengthen strategic and operational decisions. Work closely with technology, procurement, project management, and other key functions. What You'll Do Drive monthly financial closings, variance analyses, and monitoring of key financial metrics. Track OPEX, costs, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Monitor project costs, burn rate, and forecast accuracy, and propose measures. Review purchase requests and vendor invoices against budget, agreements, and internal guidelines. Prepare decision-making materials and presentations for management. What We're Looking For University degree in economics, accounting, business administration, or equivalent. At least 3–5 years of experience in controlling, business partnering, or program controlling. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior stakeholders. Preferably experience from tech, automotive, or engineering operations. Technology & Tools Microsoft Excel at advanced level. Power Query and macros are advantageous. Power BI is advantageous. SAP S/4HANA or other ERP and BI systems are advantageous.
