Develop and industrialize products and manufacturing processes for bodyshop production in a global automotive environment. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work to develop, prepare, and implement efficient production processes for bodyshop manufacturing in a global setting. About the Role You will be part of a Manufacturing Engineering team with a focus on Bodyshop. The role combines product development, process development, and industrialization. You will collaborate closely with production, design functions, and other technical areas. The work encompasses both manual and automated manufacturing solutions. What You Will Do Investigate, prepare, and implement products and manufacturing processes. Ensure that product and process solutions work across functions. Drive improvements in quality, takt balancing, cost efficiency, and flexibility. Work with process design and product adaptation for manufacturing. Contribute to robot programming and simulated production flows. What We Are Looking For Experience with process design in Bodyshop or bodyshop manufacturing. Knowledge of Design for Assembly and Design for Manufacturing. Experience with automated manufacturing processes and robotics. Technical degree or equivalent relevant competence. Strong ability to document and work systematically. Technologies & Tools Siemens Teamcenter. Process Simulate. Robot offline programming. DFA and DFM. Production and process simulation.
