You will be part of our PMO Industry & Infrastructure Facilities unit, where we work on some of Sweden's most exciting and complex projects for customers in heavy industry, infrastructure, energy, and water. Here, experienced experts in multiple technical fields collaborate to create sustainable, efficient, and future-proof facilities. Industry & Infrastructure Facilities is a global service line within Ramboll Buildings, enabling close collaboration across competency areas and national borders, so we can mobilize the right expertise for each assignment – wherever it is in the organization. Your main areas of responsibility include: Plan, lead, and monitor projects in different phases Coordinate technical disciplines and ensure that deliverables meet the correct quality, schedule, and cost requirements Work closely with customers, suppliers, and contractors to create a smooth project process Participate in bid management, resource planning, and business development to strengthen our position in future industrial and infrastructure projects. About You For this role, we are looking for someone with several years of experience leading projects within industry or infrastructure. You may have a background as a project manager or experience leading engineering and design work as a design manager or project lead. What matters most to us is that you have a good understanding of how industrial and infrastructure operations function – and can use that knowledge to guide our customers through their construction projects. We envision that you have the following background: Several years of experience leading projects within industrial or infrastructure facilities Good understanding of the industrial or infrastructure sector Consulting experience and comfort taking on both business and technical responsibility in assignments A civil or technical engineering degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction, installation, electrical, industrial, infrastructure) You are structured, engaged, and capable of driving projects forward You can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
