Job Description The position is divided between actively working as an occupational therapist and administrative leadership. You will be the group manager for the HSL organization. The group manager's purpose is to ensure close leadership for nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. The role involves leading daily operations, ensuring high quality care in accordance with applicable legislation, and driving operational development in line with the organization's concept and working methods. You are a role model who leads through your own actions and creates a work climate characterized by the Humana spirit: commitment, responsibility, and joy. As an occupational therapist, you will work based on the individual's wishes and needs to best promote a healthy daily life. In the role, you will help maintain and develop the individual's physical, cognitive, and social abilities. You will mentor care staff in tasks within the profession, manage documentation and deviations, and in some cases be responsible for certain activities for our elderly. Close Leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your team. Your focus is to support, provide feedback, and ensure quality of operations according to Humana's methods. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to motivate others. The role requires you to be a licensed occupational therapist. A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can provide a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. We are Looking for Someone Who: - Is educated and licensed as an occupational therapist - Has knowledge of documenting in journal systems (ICF or VIPS) - Possesses good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing - Is clear in your communication and creates participation in the team. - Has a coaching approach and is responsive to both residents' and employees' needs. - Is solution-oriented and takes responsibility for both quality and financial frameworks.
