Lillskogen is a preschool built for eight traditional departments that we have organized into four twin departments: Curiosity, Playfulness, Possibility, and Creativity. At Lillskogen, we have children ages 1-4. As a preschool teacher at Lillskogen, you have seven preschool teacher colleagues in addition to our knowledgeable childcare workers and childcare assistants. In our organization, we also have the roles of atelier pedagogue and outdoor pedagogue.
