About the Role As Sales Manager for Grocery Retail, you will lead and develop the Nordic sales team. You will set goals and clear priorities, coach, develop, and drive high engagement, as well as establish effective working methods and processes. The team currently consists of seven people working in areas such as sales and category management. Four people are based at the office in Helsingborg and three in Oslo. As Sales Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for Springhill's grocery retail segment in the Nordic region and drive the overall business through long-term growth plans and strong relationships. You will also manage your own business with your own customers. The role is part of the management team and reports to the operationally active board chair.
