What does a typical workday look like? Operations are open on regular weekdays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparing the day's mail and packages, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and parcels. Then delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all mail and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administrative tasks and preparations for the next day's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term contract. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and business needs. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction period. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A wage progression system applies, for both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation pay) which equals 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation pay). Interested? Ceciliagården is a unique facility with a socio-therapeutic focus. The group home is located between Järle and Ervalla, approximately 25 km north of Örebro. Our target population consists of individuals within the LSS Group 1 category, which includes diagnoses of autism and/or intellectual disability, often combined with challenging behaviors. We manage the farm and our animals together, and we also provide daily activities. Our mission is to strengthen each resident through care and support tailored to individual needs. Care training or education with a pedagogical focus is a merit, as is experience with similar work. We place great importance on personal suitability. A Category B driver's license for manual transmission and access to your own vehicle is a requirement. Ceciliagården should be a place where everyone has a natural place, a farm for all, but especially for those who need stability, rhythm, care, and reduced stress.
