We are now hiring more colleagues for Fagersta We offer you: an engaging job on the move together with a great team of colleagues the opportunity to develop within CityMail over time close proximity to the workplace We are looking for you if you: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written enjoy physical work are comfortable operating vehicles for which you have a valid driver's license/certification (bicycle, moped, car) It is a plus if you have a category B driver's license or moped certification. It is also a plus if you have experience from similar work, but your background is not the most important thing for us. What does a typical workday look like? Operations are open on regular weekdays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparing the day's mail and packages, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and parcels. Then delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all mail and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administrative tasks and preparations for the next day's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term contract. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and business needs. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction period. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A wage progression system applies, for both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation pay) which equals 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation pay). Interested?
