We also offer property services for homeowners, including cabin cleaning, property maintenance, snow removal, grounds keeping, and window cleaning. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Mood Manager / Housekeeping Lead, you are a key person in the daily operations of our properties. You ensure that cleaning, linens, guest amenities, and other materials are in place before guests arrive. You lead and coordinate the work of our housekeeping team and work closely with our operations manager to plan activities and ensure we maintain the highest possible quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and assign work in the housekeeping team. Plan and follow up on daily tasks together with our operations manager. Conduct quality inspections and report defects and maintenance needs in our properties. Ensure linens, guest amenities, and supplies are in place. Responsible for ordering and purchasing according to agreements. Onboard and support seasonal staff. Work operationally with cleaning and preparing properties. Support operations where needed, for example with snow removal. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO Is organized, structured, and solution-oriented. Has experience from housekeeping, hotels, or similar operations. Has leadership experience and enjoys motivating others. Is confident in making decisions and taking responsibility. Has a good eye for design, quality, and details. Is positive, flexible, and communicates well. Has good physical fitness and enjoys working at a fast pace. Has good computer skills. Has good knowledge of Swedish and/or English. Holds a driver's license (category B). ABOUT THE ROLE As part of our housekeeping team, you will help ensure that every guest is greeted with a clean, professional, and welcoming accommodation. You work both independently and with colleagues. This role suits you if you enjoy practical work, can maintain a good pace, and have an eye for detail. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Cleaning and preparing Åre Travel accommodations. Turnover cleaning and preparing for new guests. Quality inspections. Restocking guest items and consumables. Handling laundry and linens. Basic maintenance, such as changing light bulbs. Reporting damage, defects, and issues that need attention. Snow removal and other practical tasks as needed. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO Is meticulous and detail-oriented. Is responsible, flexible, and adaptable. Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Has good physical fitness and enjoys active work. Is positive and contributes to a good work environment. Can work varying days and times, including weekends and occasionally evenings. Holds a valid driver's license (category B). Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hotels, or restaurants is an advantage but not required. Weekend Breakfast Staff
We are looking to expand our team at Hotel Granen with additional breakfast staff for winter 26/27. The job runs from mid-December through the end of April, with the possibility of extension. We need someone to work Saturdays and Sundays as well as holidays/public holidays. But also some weekdays occasionally. So approximately 2-3 days per week. We are a small, cozy hotel located just above Åre square. We prioritize taking care of both our guests and our staff, ensuring that everyone is happy and doing well. As a breakfast host/hostess, you are responsible for ensuring all food is served on time. You handle both hot and cold dishes. You prepare new food for the coming day, manage dishwashing, ensure everything is stocked and fresh in the dining area, wipe tables, clear up when breakfast is finished, etc. You are also responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and making sure everyone feels welcome. We are looking for someone who is a morning person, positive, cheerful, service-oriented, thorough, and reliable. The position is primarily for weekends and holidays. However, there is also the possibility of more days per week. The work shift starts at 06:00 and usually ends around 12:00-13:00. Get in touch if this interests you :)
