To be relevant for the position of work supervisor, you should have: Worked in the industry and have experience with operations and maintenance work or road and earthwork contracting Class B driver's license Very good computer skills and interest in digital working methods and processes Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is also a merit if you have: Previous work experience from a supervisory role Post-secondary education in construction and infrastructure Previous experience with standby duties and have worked evenings and nights As a work supervisor, it is important that you are driven, take initiative and like to find solutions when problems arise.
