Practical/General Nurse - Night Shift

We offer a half-time position dedicated exclusively to night services. What will your work look like with us? During the night shift, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to our clients. Your regular duties will include administering medications and insulin to clients and monitoring their vital functions. During the night shift, you will regularly check on clients and provide care for immobile clients, including repositioning, changing incontinence supplies, and administering fluids. You will document the care provided in Cygnus, prepare clients for scheduled examinations as needed, and report important information to the day shift during morning handover. You will collaborate with other nurses and the care team in providing care. Who would we like to welcome to our team? A general or practical nurse with appropriate education and professional qualifications to practice.
