We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Practical/General Nurse in our senior home. It doesn't matter whether you have years of experience or are just starting out - we will provide you with the necessary training and support. What do we offer you? - Full-time or part-time work according to your availability. - Fixed-term contract for 1 year with the possibility of extension. - 5 weeks of vacation and 3 days of sick leave. - Flexible approach to shift planning - day shifts (06:30 - 19:00) and night shifts (19:00 - 06:30). - Salary 33,000 Kč - 39,000 Kč gross for a practical nurse and 40,000 Kč - 45,000 Kč gross for a general nurse. The specific salary depends on your experience, practice, and expertise. - Support for further education and professional development. - A friendly team that helps each other. - Company meals available directly in the facility. - Work location: Vysoké Mýto. - Start date by agreement. What do we expect from you? - Professional qualification to perform the profession - completed secondary/vocational/higher education in the field of general or practical nursing. - Criminal record clearance and health fitness. - Responsible and independent approach, knowledge of nursing procedures. - Empathy and patience - ability to listen and treat seniors with respect. - Team spirit - cooperation with others is key for us. What will your job duties include? - You will work directly with clients in our residential facility and provide them with nursing care. - The most common tasks include administering medications, monitoring vital functions, wound dressing, skin care, administering injections or collecting biological samples, and educating caregivers. - Part of your work will be keeping proper documentation of clients' condition in the Cygnus program. - You will cooperate with other nurses, the head nurse, and caregivers.
