Who are we looking for? You should be able to speak, read, and understand Swedish well, as good communication is an important part of the work. Previous experience in personal assistance is a merit but not a requirement. Work hours and staffing This position is substitute work, for example when regular staff are absent and when the operation needs reinforcement. Work shifts are 12 hours: Day: 07.00–19.00 Night: 19.00–07.00 Weekend work may occur. As a new substitute, you start with onboarding during daytime. When that works well, you move on to night onboarding. You normally work alone with the customer. Therefore, it's important that you are confident, independent, and responsible.
