WORK DUTIES Work as a nurse at Eskilsgården includes responsibility for residents in residential care, which means you independently assess, plan, organize, and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions. Work duties include, among other things: - Independently conduct medical assessments and interventions - Collaborate with team, family members, and other stakeholders regarding patient care - Guide and delegate work tasks to nursing staff - Document according to applicable legislation and guidelines - Actively participate in quality and development work within the operations You are a driven and solution-focused person who is accustomed to prioritizing your work tasks.
