Service Staff for Tire & Car Wash Operations

About the Job Do you want to work in an operation that creates hope and confidence in the future for other people? We are looking for two new people for our service team in our Tire & Car Wash operations who share our values and want to help create real value for people every day. Reningsborg is an idea-driven association that works to create and participate in creating a sustainable society – socially, economically, and environmentally. Reningsborg currently operates six secondhand stores, Tire & Car Wash, as well as social enterprises and meeting places where we offer individualized work training. We have extensive work for children, youth, and families in Gothenburg and also support aid projects both locally and internationally. About the Role As service staff in our Tire & Car Wash operations, you work closely with people who for various reasons are outside the job market and need support, guidance, and motivation to take the next step toward employment and increased independence. During tire season, we need people who can provide extra support in our operations. You will be the face of our business to our customers, so you need to be service-minded and solution-oriented. We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, and enjoys a practical daily work environment with varied tasks. You have a genuine interest in people and share Reningsborg's values with the individual at the center. For us, personal suitability and values are most important – we can help you develop professional skills in the field. Duties The role includes, among other things: Being a role model for participants in daily work Tire changes and tire installation Car washing and vehicle maintenance Property maintenance Practical tasks such as carpentry and maintenance work Planning and organizing daily work together with participants and colleagues We Are Looking for Someone Who: Is responsible and organized Is service-minded Is practically inclined and enjoys varied work tasks Has a genuine interest in people and social work Shares Reningsborg's values and view of humanity Requirements: Class B Driver's License Meritorious: Experience with tire changes and tire installation Experience with car washing or vehicle maintenance Knowledge of carpentry or property maintenance Forklift certification Employment Type: Hourly position (opportunity for more hours during tire season) Work Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus work on Saturdays during tire season.
