You must be knowledgeable and passionate about teaching. You are a leader in the classroom with tools to create a calm learning environment. You differentiate your instruction to meet all of your students' needs. In addition to teaching, mentoring 16 students is also part of your role. You will support them in reaching their full potential, regardless of background. You are also a fantastic team player who brings a positive attitude and energy to the teams you work with.
