Systems Integrator for 3PL at Sandahls Logistik

About the Role As a Systems Integrator, you'll become an important IT and systems resource within Sandahls Logistik's 3PL operations. You'll be responsible for setting up, developing, and maintaining integrations between customers' systems and Sandahls' own logistics systems. A central part of the work involves automating digital flows so that orders, inventory balances, and delivery notifications are transferred correctly, quickly, and efficiently. You'll be involved when new 3PL customers are onboarded and will work closely with both the customers' IT functions and colleagues in operations. The role is therefore both technical and operationally focused—you need to understand the systems, but also how they're actually used in daily logistics. In this role, you'll, among other things: Lead the technical integration work when onboarding new 3PL customers. Integrate customers' e-commerce platforms and business systems, ERP, with Sandahls' warehouse management system, WMS. Build, configure, and develop integrations via API and EDI flows. Troubleshoot, optimize, and quality-assure existing system integrations. Manage and develop processes and configurations within WMS and TMS. Identify bottlenecks in information and data flows and propose smarter digital solutions. Support the operational business and contribute to efficient system functioning across Sandahls' different sites. We're Looking for You If We believe you're someone who can speak both logistics and IT. You have a genuine interest in how systems, processes, and information flows connect, and you enjoy solving problems in a structured and logical way. To succeed in this role, we see that you have prior experience from third-party logistics, 3PL, and therefore understand the demands placed on systems and information flows in modern logistics operations. You have post-secondary education in, for example, IT, systems science, or logistics, or alternatively you've acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. We'd like to see practical experience with: Systems integrations, API, and EDI. WMS and operational IT systems. Logistics flows such as order handling, warehouse processes, and deliveries. Contact with both technical and operational functions. You speak Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing. If you've also worked with Ongoing WMS, we see that as a major plus. Personal Qualities You're solution-oriented, structured, and curious, and you have an easy time understanding both technical problems and business needs. You enjoy figuring out why something isn't working and, above all, finding a better way to do it. Since the role involves many points of contact, you also need to be communicative and pedagogical. You can explain technical solutions in an understandable way and enjoy collaborating with everyone from IT specialists and customers to colleagues in warehouse and operations.
