Open Position – Bus Driver for Our Depots in Jönköping County (Vaggeryd, Värnamo, Jönköping & Gnosjö) Do you want to be part of our team and drive for the future of sustainable travel? We are now recruiting engaged bus drivers for our depots in Vaggeryd, Värnamo, Jönköping, and Gnosjö for line traffic operated on behalf of Jönköping Länstrafik (JLT). We are looking for both full-time drivers and those interested in working part-time/on-call positions. By operating line traffic, we enable daily commuting, school attendance, and travel for thousands of people every day. As a bus driver, you are our face to the public and the most important link in the passenger experience. Your primary task is to operate the bus safely, smoothly, and environmentally consciously, always with a focus on safety and excellent customer service. About You We are looking for someone who enjoys being behind the wheel and meeting people every day. You have good driving skills, feel confident handling large vehicles in varying traffic conditions, and have a strong commitment to traffic safety and passenger comfort. Qualifications and Requirements Valid driver's license with category D authorization. Valid YKB (Professional Certificate) for buses. Digital tachograph card. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing (for safe communication with passengers and traffic control). Terms of Employment Employment type: Permanent employment (with a probation period) or part-time/on-call employment. Scope: Full-time or part-time. Location: Vaggeryd, Värnamo, Jönköping, or Gnosjö (please indicate in your application which depot you are most interested in). Application The application deadline is October 3.
