We are now looking for a careful and proactive painter for PMC Cylinders in Vaggeryd. Here you get to work in an industrial environment where your painting skills really make a difference for both product quality and customer experience. You'll be an important part of the production and help ensure that hydraulic cylinders leave the factory with the right finish, the right color, and the right feel. What you will do In your role as a painter, you will work closely with production and ensure that each product receives a professional and durable surface coating. You work practically and methodically, with an eye for detail and quality. You will collaborate with colleagues in both production and quality, and be an important part of the workflow. • Prepare materials for painting, such as cleaning, masking, and prep work • Perform painting of hydraulic cylinders according to given instructions and specifications • Ensure that the surface meets quality requirements and perform simple quality controls • Handle and maintain equipment in the paint booth and surrounding workstations • Follow routines for work environment, safety, and order at the workplace • Collaborate with colleagues in production to maintain pace and delivery precision Who we think you are We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, thrives in a workshop environment, and gets extra energy from seeing a nicely painted surface you've created yourself.
