The Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic in Vadstena (RPR) is one of the country's most modern clinics. RPR has cross-county, regional, and national responsibilities. Job Description As a registered nurse, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team around the patient, consisting of doctors, nurses, care assistants, psychologists, and social workers. You have a clear leadership role; you lead and distribute work on the unit together with your immediate supervisor. You are responsible for nursing care, where we work in a cross-professional team around our patients. You participate in rounds and care planning, attend doctor meetings when needed, and have motivational conversations with your patients. You maintain close dialogue with your colleagues and coworkers, as daily risk assessments and patient observation are integral parts of our daily work. On some of our units there is also a team leader who helps with coordination of daily unit operations. We staff the units around the clock, which means shift rotation work. About You We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with specialist competence in psychiatry, but this is not a requirement.
