Duties We are expanding our accounting department and last summer we recruited an accounting assistant at 75%. We are now advertising the position again because we can now offer a full-time role. We offer varied and developmental work where you become an important part of the accounting department's daily operations and get the opportunity to work broadly within accounting administration. As an accounting assistant, you will participate in several of our accounting processes and play a central role in ongoing operations. Your main duties consist of managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, posting vendor invoices, recording income and expenses, and managing invoicing. You will also work with cash reconciliations, account reconciliations, ongoing bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks. Qualifications We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education and post-secondary education in accounting, plus several years of recent experience in similar work. For this position, you must have good knowledge of Swedish and be able to communicate very well both verbally and in writing. You have good computer skills, system experience, and strong Excel skills. As a person, you are thorough and take responsibility for your tasks. You plan and organize your work efficiently based on the organization's needs. You are accommodating in your approach and curious to learn new things and take your own initiatives.
