About the Role As a vehicle quality assurance tester, you quality-assure our cars through test drives and careful inspections according to a clear checklist. You check the car's function, driving characteristics, and condition to identify any faults or deviations before the car moves forward in the process. The role consists of two main components: testing and inspecting cars that come to us, and working as a car runner to help keep our daily car flow moving smoothly. The split between the two parts is not fixed but is determined by operational needs. During certain periods, you may work up to 100% as a car tester, and during other periods up to 100% as a car runner. You test, test-drive, and inspect cars that come to us to ensure we have a clear picture of the car's condition and what actions may be needed.
