About the Role
As a vehicle quality assurance tester, you quality-assure our cars through test drives and careful inspections according to a clear checklist. You check the car's function, driving characteristics, and condition to identify any faults or deviations before the car moves forward in the process.
This work suits you if you are attentive to detail, work methodically, and are comfortable with responsibility where thoroughness is crucial.
Job Responsibilities
You will work with:
Test driving cars according to a fixed checklist
Basic movement, pickup, and delivery of cars as needed
Inspecting brakes, steering, sounds, vibrations, and driving characteristics
Photographing and reporting any deviations to the workshop or logistics
Documenting results and observations via mobile phone—we will teach you the system
Basic function checks, such as lighting, climate control, infotainment, and warning lights
We're Looking for You If
You can clearly describe faults and deviations
Hold a B driving license for manual transmission and have good driving experience
Are thorough, structured, and follow routines and checklists
Have an interest in cars and want to develop in the automotive industry
Are responsible and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in vehicle testing, workshop, or the automotive industry is a merit but not required. What matters most to us is that you have the right attitude, want to learn, and take responsibility for your work.

Practical Information
Location: Upplands Väsby
Employment Type: Hourly position
Start Date: By agreement
Scope: Minimum 100 hours per month, with possibility for more hours
Working Hours: Primarily weekdays, with possibility to work evenings and weekends if needed
