In the next step, we erect machine halls, storage halls, and industrial buildings for our customers. You'll be involved in both stages, working with modern machinery, solid equipment, and competent colleagues every day. We don't have a fixed number of hires. If we find the right person, we hire them. Travel and working hours How much travel between projects varies considerably from year to year. Ideally, you'd be an experienced structural steelworker willing to be away most of the year, but we know that's a tall and almost unreasonable ask. We'll be straight with you: We can't promise a certain number of weeks or months per year. But we can promise that we consider your personal life. If you let us know in good time that certain dates don't work, we'll adapt and make it work. We care about each other. Per diems and travel time compensation are provided according to the Building Agreement. We cover travel and accommodation. We're looking for you if you Read drawings fluently and have experience in structural steelwork, construction, or major assembly. Have a B driver's license. C or BE is a plus, but not required. Feel confident both in a team and on smaller jobs on your own. Speak and write fluent Swedish. It's about safety and quality – no misunderstandings can occur. English well enough to make yourself understood, especially when there are foreign subcontractors on site.
