About the Job Our work partner is a leading supplier in the sushi industry and prepares and delivers products to sushi restaurants throughout Sweden. We are looking for a fish filleter who wants to be part of the operation and work with the preparation and handling of fresh fish. The filleting station is the heart of the company. You will work in production in a cool environment. Your main responsibilities will consist of filleting fish and preparing products for delivery to customers.
