You will work both independently and in small teams in close collaboration with a work supervisor. As an independent carpenter, you will, among other things: Work with varied tasks in new construction, renovations, and remodeling. Follow building codes and ensure quality of work and document progress. Have some customer contact; in the projects you work on, ensure the best possible service to our customers. Conduct and document self-inspections on an ongoing basis. Follow our policy regarding zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment. Desired Profile: At least 2 years of work experience as a Carpenter Professional certification as a Carpenter via BYN You are capable of physically demanding work B-class driver's license Swedish language skills in speech and writing—as this is a requirement for good communication and documentation of your work We are looking for you if you: Find variation and rapid changes motivating; since we are a small company focused on customer needs, we must be able to adapt quickly.
