Registered Nurse – Aleris ASIH Botkyrka/Huddinge – we are growing and seeking more colleagues Would you like to join us as we grow and develop our operations? Aleris ASIH is expanding. We are seeing more patients and therefore need more nurses on our team. This fall, we are also moving to larger premises in Tullinge, designed to accommodate our growing operations and our way of working. Together we create safe care – in the patient's home As a nurse within ASIH, you will meet patients who need advanced home healthcare. This may include patients with cancer, serious chronic illness, or other complex care needs. The work is independent, but you are never alone. You work closely with nurses, physicians, nursing assistants, and paramedical professionals, and you have colleagues to consult with when the situation requires it. We want our patients to feel safe at home even when their care needs are substantial. As a nurse, you play an important role in this. This is Aleris ASIH At our organization, physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, and occupational therapists work together with a common goal – to provide safe and qualified care in the patient's home. We are part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes specialized palliative inpatient care, basic home healthcare, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut. In the Botkyrka/Huddinge area, we operate from Tullinge and work within a defined geographic area. Between patient visits, we use environmentally classified vehicles. An operation in development We actively work to develop how we provide advanced home healthcare. Digital methods are a natural part of our daily work and are used to create continuity, accessibility, and more time for patients. We use the journal system TakeCare and the planning and communication tool iTacih. Good computer skills are therefore important, as well as openness to new ways of working. As the operation expands, we also want to leverage the expertise that exists in the group. More patients need advanced home healthcare, our operations are developing, and at the end of the year we also have new, beautiful facilities waiting for us. That's why we are now looking for two assistant unit managers – one for ASIH Botkyrka and one for ASIH Huddinge. This is the role for someone who enjoys when people, healthcare, structure, and development come together. You want to be close to the operations, close to your team, and at the same time be involved in shaping where we're heading. You lead in the midst of daily work As an assistant unit manager, you are an important partner to the unit manager and a clear leader in day-to-day operations. You help create structure, identify what needs to be solved, and ensure that decisions and procedures actually work in practice. One moment you are supporting a team member. The next you are monitoring quality, reviewing staffing, or driving a development initiative forward. You need to be comfortable with both aspects. In the role, you will, among other things: lead and support staff in day-to-day work work with staffing, scheduling, and follow-up monitor quality parameters, procedures, goals, and ongoing projects together with the unit manager drive the operation's development contribute to high quality and patient safety serve as the unit manager's substitute in their absence. The position is combined with work in your base profession and, within ASIH, also certain days in the role of coordinator. This means you continue to be part of the operation and daily work you lead. The position is full-time with daytime work, Monday–Friday. Who do we think you are? You have very strong expertise within your profession and experience from ASIH or other relevant operations. But for this role, we are primarily looking for the right leadership approach. You are confident enough to make decisions, receptive enough to listen to others, and organized enough to follow things through to completion. You can be both kind and firm at the same time. You enjoy order and follow-up, but you also see the people behind the schedules and numbers. You can inspire and motivate others and understand the value of you and the unit manager maintaining a shared direction.
