No. 40900035315) announces an open competition for the position of CAREGIVER at the Children and Youth Center "SAPŅI -2", Dārzniecības Street 2A, Tukums, Tukuma Municipality: for an indefinite period - 1 position: Requirements for candidates: at least secondary education; professional qualification certificate as a caregiver; understanding of child and youth development stages, abilities, skills, and behavior; ability to plan, manage, and organize your work, express your opinion clearly and with reasoned arguments; high sense of responsibility, ability to make independent decisions; excellent communication and cooperation skills; empathy in interactions; work experience with children and youth will be considered an advantage; Category B driver's license. Main job duties: follow guidelines regarding the client's physical and mental health status, personality, and psychological characteristics; assist the client in meeting basic needs—in accordance with their self-care abilities; ensure the safety of the client's surrounding environment; promote the restoration and improvement of clients' social functioning abilities; assist the client in acquiring, improving, and maintaining social skills (self-care, ethical and behavioral norms, social roles, interaction and communication, decision-making, assuming responsibility, etc.); oversee meal preparation, serving, clearing dishes, washing, and kitchen cleaning after meals; perform cleaning of common areas. We offer: work in a dynamic organization; salary from EUR 800.00 to EUR 954.00 per month, before tax payment, within normal working hours, according to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience; employer-paid accident insurance from the first day of work; social guarantees.
