About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are ambassador, inspirator, and energy spreader. Your task is to deliver workout joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back. You should feel confident taking the spotlight, being yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. Practical Information WHAT Hourly position with typically 1–5 scheduled classes per week (one class is approximately 30–55 minutes). About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you are an important part of our members' workout experience. You guide participants through the class, inspire joy in movement, and create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included – regardless of fitness level.
