You will become part of the team that helps our customers use and develop Nova according to their needs and work processes. About the role As a Product Specialist, you work closely with our customers and help them get maximum value from Nova. You guide and train users, answer questions, and help customers find smarter and more efficient ways to work in the system. You conduct training for both individual users and larger groups and take on smaller consulting assignments where you help customers develop their work processes. You also serve as support to our support team on questions that require deeper knowledge of Nova. The role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and customer needs, and suits you if you enjoy understanding both how a system works and how it can create value in the customer's daily work. In this role, you will, among other things: Train and guide customers in the use of Nova. Provide advice on how the system can be used to support and streamline the customer's work processes. Conduct smaller consulting assignments related to customers' processes and use of Nova. Provide support to the support team on complex questions that require in-depth system knowledge.
