Facilities Manager (Temporary Position) About the Job Strömsunds hyresbostäder AB is a company wholly owned by Strömsunds Municipality. Annual revenue is approximately 68 million SEK. The company's operations primarily consist of leasing and management of its own property portfolio. We are now seeking a facilities manager to join our team in Strömsund. This is a temporary position. Responsibilities As a facilities manager at Strömsunds Hyresbostäder AB, you will work with: Supervision and maintenance of our properties Maintenance of outdoor areas Interaction with tenants On-call duty may be included in the position. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Secondary education with a focus on real estate, technology, or alternatively relevant work experience as assessed by the employer Good computer skills Class B driver's license It is advantageous if you have experience in facilities management, building technology, or work with technical installations. As a person, you are responsible, service-minded, and have strong collaboration skills. You work independently, are solution-oriented, and enjoy varied tasks. Employment Type Temporary position due to leave of absence for the period November 9, 2026 to March 10, 2028. Start date is November 9, 2026 or by agreement.
