As a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. The client is a 25-year-old woman living in Strängnäs who enjoys activities both indoors and outdoors, such as going to the cinema, having coffee, bowling, and playing video games. The client's individual needs guide the workday, and the work may include assistance with mobility, personal care, exercise and communication, as well as household chores and activities in and outside the home. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.
