You work closely with the business to understand needs, translate them into technical solutions, and help AI become a natural part of our processes. Your responsibilities may include: • Develop and maintain AI models and applications (ML and GenAI) as part of our IT solutions • Work across the entire chain: from design and development to production deployment and MLOps • Contribute to establishing best practices for AI development and delivery • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Tech Product Owners, and Delivery Leads to create scalable solutions We are recruiting several people to the team and are therefore open to different levels of seniority and specialized expertise. The exact responsibilities in the role will therefore be tailored to those we hire. Does this fit you? To succeed in the role, however, you need to have at least a couple of years of experience in similar areas, such as Data Science or machine learning. You also need to have prior experience developing your own AI solutions. Further, you need to have: • Experience developing and implementing AI solutions as part of IT systems • Knowledge of ML/AI, generative AI, and preferably experience with MLOps and DevOps • Ability to work across the entire development chain – from design to operations It's a plus if you have experience leading backlog refinement or design work for AI solutions.
