About the Facility Ward 70 offers qualified psychiatric 24-hour care in an interdisciplinary environment where patient participation, recovery, and individual needs are at the center. The work is characterized by a structured and evidence-based approach, where Safewards, the Bergen Model, and person-centered care form the foundation. You will work in close collaboration with the medically responsible senior physician, nurses, and mental health assistants. You can also rely on support from social workers and an occupational therapist in your care work. You are expected to work closely with psychiatric outpatient care as well as the patient's family and relatives, which creates a coherent and patient-safe care chain to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.
