We are now looking for a cook who wants to work full-time at our restaurant on Södermalm during September and October. You should be a trained cook or alternatively have experience working in a kitchen, ongoing cook training. We specialize in street food featuring poultry that maintains a finesse and quality beyond the ordinary. Work tasks will include standard service with hot kitchen, cold kitchen, as well as prep before service and cleaning after. We would like you to have experience from both hot and cold kitchen. Responsibility, stress tolerance, and a willingness to learn and develop are important qualities, as well as not being afraid to get stuck in. Chef - French-Inspired Restaurant (Temporary Position)
Brasserie Maison is located in Bromma. The menu is French-inspired, so it is important that you have previous experience in this cuisine. We are looking for a trained chef who is passionate about preparing delicious food with attractive plating. The role involves working evenings as a chef in our open kitchen in the restaurant. Key qualities we are looking for are that you are solution-focused and have a positive attitude. As a person, you are also confident and engaged. You are organized and take responsibility for planning and prioritizing kitchen work in an efficient and quality-assured manner. We value good teamwork and communication skills. You will be working together with a waitress, and it is important that you master the Swedish language both spoken and written.
