PERSONAL ASSISTANT TIMMERVIK - STENUNGSUND
The world's coziest job – for someone who wants to make a real difference. Do you want work where every day means something? Where presence, warmth, and playfulness are just as important as responsibility and security? Then you might be the person we're looking for. About the Job We're looking for a gentle, pleasant, and perceptive person who wants to work as a personal assistant for a wonderful 19-year-old girl in Timmervik, Södra Stenungsund. She lives a life filled with joy, curiosity, and need for support – and you'll become an important part of her everyday life. She has several disabilities, including epilepsy, intellectual disability, and autism. The family is warm, positive, and active, and since the work takes place in their home, it's important that you're humble, empathetic, and confident in yourself. You need to be self-motivated, responsible, and creative – someone who can take initiative, read emotions, and create calm when needed. If you have experience with epilepsy, autism, special education, or an active lifestyle, that's a merit, but the most important thing is the personal chemistry between you and her. Since the family lives far from public transportation, you need to have a driver's license and your own car. Assistant Role and Experience You support her where her disabilities create limitations – sometimes in small ways, sometimes in big ways. It might involve preparing snacks, planning an outing, creating playful moments, or simply being a reassuring presence beside her. She loves being outside and moving around. Throwing stones by the sea, jumping on a trampoline, playing with water or sand, roughhousing, and hugging are things that make her days wonderful. That's why it's an advantage if you've kept your sense of play and enjoy being active. You need to be able to read her daily mood and adapt activities accordingly. Sometimes this also means accompanying the family on planned trips. You'll be part of a team of assistants – sometimes you'll work with two people, but usually on your own. Training and guidance are a natural and mandatory part of the position. Work shifts are distributed throughout all hours of the day – morning, evening, and night. Merits Experience with epilepsy. Experience with autism. Special education or care work. An active lifestyle. Requirements Swedish (spoken and written). B-class driver's license. Access to your own car. About Salary We apply salary according to Fremia collective agreement. We offer wellness benefits. At FMF Assistans, our policy is to request a criminal record extract from all our employees as we care about the safety of our customers.
