Your role As a nursing assistant, you provide care and support based on the resident's individual needs. You perform delegated health and medical care tasks. Plan and implement activities. Document according to applicable guidelines. Your competence and experience We're looking for someone who has: A protected professional title as a nursing assistant. Good experience with social documentation. Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have: Experience working in elderly care. We're looking for someone who is responsible, engaged, and has a professional demeanor. You work in a structured manner, collaborate well with others, and always put the resident's needs at the center. About the Role As a nursing assistant at Miriamhemmet, you work closely with residents and together with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and other professionals to create a safe and meaningful everyday life. Person-centered care, activities, meals, and primary contact person responsibilities are important parts of the work. Because Miriamhemmet is a brand new care home, you also get to be part of building up the operation from the start. Your Experience We are looking for someone who has: a nursing assistant diploma from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) previous experience working at a care home for the elderly good knowledge of Swedish in speaking and writing good digital competence. It is a merit if you have experience in care and support for people with cognitive impairment.
