Treatment Worker for Resource Team at HVB in Northeastern Skåne/Blekinge

Samskapa is growing - do you want to be part of building our resource team? About Samskapa Samskapa is in an exciting development phase and we are now looking for new colleagues who want to help build our mobile resource team. Here you will have the opportunity to become part of an engaged and cohesive team where we work together to create the best conditions for the young people we meet. This is a position for you if you enjoy variety, collaboration, and making a real difference. As part of the resource team, you work flexibly where needs are greatest each day and become an important resource for both young people, colleagues, and the organization as a whole. But our initiative is not just about the young people. We know that sustainable results are created through engaged and well-being employees. That is why we invest in our employees through close leadership, competence development, collegial support, and a work environment where you have the opportunity to grow with the organization. Samskapa is a professional alternative with high capacity, but also soul. We believe in models but we believe even more in people. It is not the manual that changes lives, it is the adult who stays when things get tough. Samskapa offers support and treatment to vulnerable children, young people, and their families. We work based on the concept of Professional Integrated Treatment (PIB), which means that Samskapa takes full responsibility for integrating the measures children and young people need to increase their social skills and improve their quality of life. For more information about Samskapa, please visit our website javascript:void(0). About the target group Our target group consists of young people of varying ages without ongoing substance abuse or criminal activity. The young people often have complex social problems combined with neuropsychiatric disabilities, relationship difficulties, anxiety, or experienced trauma. Externalizing behavior occurs and therefore we need secure adults who see behind the behavior and stand firm when things are tough. About the assignment As a treatment worker in this team, you will have a mobile treatment role where you meet different young people. You will cover for regular treatment workers during absences and you will also provide additional support where needed. You work mostly on your own with your young person. You create safety, structure, and a home-like environment and build trusting relationships for our young people. The work includes everything from daily tasks to conversations and individually tailored treatment interventions. You work independently and have great personal responsibility, but you are never alone in the assignment. You are part of an unpretentious team with present leadership and access to supervision and specialist support. Together you take shared responsibility for the young person's development and well-being. The work also involves documentation in accordance with applicable legal requirements and close collaboration with social services and other actors around the young person. We are looking for someone who has: At least 2 years of post-secondary education in social work or behavioral science. Experience working with young people, preferably in HVB or similar activities. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish both spoken and written. Class B driver's license. We consider it a merit if you have: Education or courses adapted for the target group Experience working with NPF and challenging behaviors such as self-harm, OCD, or eating disorders Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and management of threats and violence Basic knowledge in BBIC. Experience with journal systems Personal qualities To thrive in this role, you need to be secure in yourself and comfortable working independently. You see the relationship as your most important tool and understand how your approach can affect the behavior of others. You take responsibility and see reflection as part of the work. You need to be flexible and courageous because you will meet different young people with complex needs. You can combine clear boundaries with warmth and care; when the young person is angry, rejecting, or challenging, you remain stable and stand firm. You have patience and can build trusting relationships over time. Even though much of the work takes place independently, you know that the best solutions are often created together with others. You are happy to contribute your experience, take part in others' perspectives, and appreciate a team where you support each other. We offer you: Introduction with scheduled follow-ups Competence development with training based on needs and interests Generous wellness contribution of 5000 kr/year Ongoing supervision and close management support A competent and cohesive team Opportunity to grow within the organization Information about the position: Scope: 100% Location: Based in Sölvesborg Working hours: Shift work with irregular hours (24-hour shifts) Start: Immediately or by agreement Employment type: Permanent employment with 6-month trial period Number of positions: 2 Information about the recruitment process: In accordance with the Social Committee's decision, an extract from the Police Authority's criminal record and suspicion register is required in connection with employment.
