Our residents have either cognitive impairments or somatic diseases. We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia care and interaction through Silviahemmet. About the role You are the hub around the residents' health and medical care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly carry out risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations.
