Personal Assistants, Temporary Positions Needed for Two Child Clients

We are now seeking several personal assistants as needed for our two wonderful child clients in central Sollefteå. Here are two happy and lively children who spread joy and warmth around them. With their playful personalities and active lives, you are guaranteed a shift filled with fun and laughter. The children receive 24-hour personal assistance and need primarily supervision related to tracheostomy care, but also support and help in their daily lives based on other needs. That's why we're looking for someone who is calm, attentive, and able to create a sense of security while also bringing joy, playfulness, and engagement. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the children's daily lives, there to create security, joy, and opportunities for them to develop and live an active life. We are looking for you to work as a substitute for both children. (two different families) We are looking for someone who: Is engaged, responsible, and responsive Has a calm and reassuring manner Enjoyed working with children Likes to be active and come up with activities Finds it easy to collaborate with families and colleagues Can work independently and take initiative Experience working in personal assistance is a plus, but personal suitability and the willingness to learn are most important. You will receive introduction and training needed to feel confident in the work.
