Support Worker for Adults with Disabilities - Hourly Position

We are now looking for reinforcements, including hourly positions, fixed-term contracts, and temporary assignments. Saltå By Association operates services under the LSS (Swedish Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We work in a home-like environment based on an anthroposophic view of humanity. In our residences, we work based on each resident's own abilities, prerequisites, and wishes. Our goal is to create a rich daily life through curiosity, positive reinforcement, and a calm approach. The starting point for our work is always the individual's potential and development opportunities, with joy, creativity, and security as guiding principles. We would like to see that you have upper secondary education in social work and care, with qualifications as a nursing assistant or similar being an asset, as well as a valid driver's license and experience with documentation. It is also an asset if you have experience in personal care and hygiene, medication administration, and AAC/Sign Language as support. For the current target group, we appreciate if you are action-oriented, take initiative, and have energy for outdoor activities and/or crafts. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. ● Working hours are scheduled for all hours of the day with on-call nights (wake-up may occur). ● Employment form: hourly position, fixed-term contract, and temporary assignment. ● Collective agreement applies.
