Pepab is Looking for a CNC Operator!

The Company Since its founding in 1989, Pepab Production Partner has been an well-established supplier of custom sheet metal components. The company currently has over 40 employees and generates annual revenue exceeding 60 million SEK. We deliver to approximately 150 customers each year, and our breadth is our strength. Pepab operates three production units in Söderhamn: a machine shop, a welding shop, and a powder coating facility. We are now seeking a CNC Operator for our milling and turning operations. About the Role As a CNC Operator, you will work on manufacturing various components through CNC milling and CNC turning. You are responsible for setting up, programming, and monitoring machines, as well as ensuring that parts are manufactured according to drawings and established quality standards. The work includes: CNC milling and CNC turning Programming Machine monitoring and adjustments Blueprint reading Measurement control and quality assurance Manufacturing parts in small and large series Troubleshooting and problem-solving in production As a contract manufacturing company, we have great variety in our production. This means engaging and developmental work where precision, problem-solving, and quality are important aspects of the position. Work is currently conducted during daytime hours, Monday to Friday. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who enjoys working in CNC manufacturing. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a good sense for quality. We would like to see that you have: Experience with CNC milling and/or CNC turning Knowledge of blueprint reading Experience with measurement and quality control Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own work Good problem-solving skills Experience with contract manufacturing, CNC programming, and work in varied production is a plus.
